Our Guarantee


Your Satisfaction is important to us and 100% Guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your Up N' Go Cushion for any reason please contact us!  If you wish to return your Up N' Go Cushion you may do so within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding processing and handling.  Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization # and return instructions.  Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable.  


Please do not accept damaged cartons. If you receive a shipment with damaged cartons, refuse delivery (noting the reason for refusal) and immediately contact our customer service at 913-515-0234. All other returns must be authorized by Up N' Go Cushion in advance and can be subject to a 25% restocking charge. 

All returns must have a return authorization number (provided via customer service by Up N' Go Cushion) affixed to each carton and be returned freight prepaid. Without this number, return shipments will be refused. Merchandise must be returned no later than 30 days from the date the RA# was issued and must be returned in an unused and sellable condition.


Refund Policy



Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Up N' Go Cushion will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling and any separate fees. Credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement.
